Young Thug Sent to Jail After Failing Drug Test

Earlier last week , it was reported that Young Thug was sent back to jail after he failed a drug test .

Thugger, whose birth name is Jeffery Lamar Williams, has been booked in Georgia’s DeKalb County Jail after failing a drug test during a scheduled arraignment on Nov. 8, according to Pitchfork .

The rapper was out on bond for felony drug and gun charges stemming from an arrest in September 2017 .

Thug turned himself in on Sept. 11 and was released on Sept. 13 on bond. His bond has now been revoked.

He had previously been locked up a few weeks ago when On The Rvn was expected to drop before he was released.

This year has been quite unfortunate when it comes to Thugger's run-ins with the law as he is seemingly collecting mugshots like they were grade school photos.

At this point, he can probably fill up a yearbook with his own mugshots. With his most recent arrest, new photos were taken of the rapper at the prison facility and they've made their  way online, Young Thug doesn't look like an absolute mess in the photo. He has on his glasses as he slightly tilts his head, looking straight into the camera.

Jeffery reportedly failed a drug test this morning in relation to his other recent arrest.

Thug has been having a solid year, releasing a few noteworthy projects in Hear No Evil and On The Rvn.

If only he could get everything sorted out with the legal issues, he may be able to rise even higher up the ranks.

At this point, it's assumed that the Atlanta artist is still in police custody. He has not yet commented on the matter but hopefully, we'll hear from him or his representatives shortly.

Free Thugger!
