Champions Super Falcons bounced back from their opening 1 - 0 defeat to South Africa to rout Zambia’ s She -polopolo 4 - 0 at the Cape Coast stadium on Wednesday , to revive their chances of advancing to the semi - finals from Group B of the Ghana 2018 African Women ’ s Cup of Nations .

Goals from striker Desire Oparanozie , Francesca Ordega, substitute Rasheedat Ajibade and Amarachi Okoronkwo sealed the win for the eight - time African champions but African Women Player of the Year Asisat Oshoala would rue her luck as she drew blanks despite being presented with several scoring chances.
